Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of GRID, a private AI workspace for organizations available at thegrid.live (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
GRID provides each organization with an isolated AI workspace that operates on data the organization connects. GRID may draft content, answer questions with citations, and — where you connect an account and approve the relevant permissions — act on your behalf within those permissions. Actions that change your configuration are gated behind explicit human approval.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account. When you connect a third-party account (such as Google), you authorize GRID to access that account only within the scopes you approve, and only to provide the features you enabled. You may disconnect at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, attempt to breach or probe the security of the Service or other tenants, or misuse connected accounts. You are responsible for the content you direct GRID to create or send.
You retain all rights to the data you connect. Our handling of that data — including data accessed through Google APIs — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
GRID uses automated systems to generate drafts and answers. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on or send it. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any action GRID takes on your behalf.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to team@thegrid.live.
